At Montana Test we aggressively test all products in the field. We take products and use it like you would, and in some cases more extensively than you would. We spend so much time in the field that every product gets continuous usage. Here at Montana Test, we do not abuse any product; we test within the context that it was designed. Montana offers a variety of weather conditions and that is an advantage to us. We can get snow in May and 80 degree temperatures in November, and this kind of weather aids us in testing and also keeps us on our toes when we head out to test the specified product.
Here is an example:
We get a sleeping bag and the manufacturer sends along the specifications. We will spend time on the phone with them describing the kind of testing that we will be employing, and under what conditions the bag will be tested. If the bag performs under the circumstances it was tested, and its performance matches its purpose, than that product will work that way for you. We test products for you, the consumer, and make sure the product performs the way it is designed too.
Today, you have a large selection of outdoor products to choose from, and like everything else, it can get technical and confusing. Our job is to work through all that is available to you and give you real time information about the products that we test and the products you may use. You, the consumer, are the most important part of Montana Test.
We pledge to you that we will never compromise, mislead, bluff, hoodwink, or trick you. You have our promise to always tell you the truth.
