Review Coleman ELITE® WEATHERMASTER™ SCREENED 6 TENT.

We have tested and reviewed the Coleman ELITE® WEATHERMASTER™ SCREENED 6 person tent for five seasons and we appreciate its performance and ease of use. The Elite® WeatherMaster™ Screened 6 person Tent has a collection of highlights we have not offered in others we have tested and reviewed. One of the highlights we really enjoy is the LED tent light it’s powered by four D-cell batteries or a Coleman® CPX™ 6 Rechargeable Battery Cartridge. The Elite® WeatherMaster™ we tested has a remote control for the overhead tent light. When the sun disappears and it’s time to head to the tent we just click the remote control and the tent lights up. We love this feature we now have a bright tent to light our way from campfire to tent.

The size of the Elite® WeatherMaster™ tent is one of its key characteristic it is 17 ft. x 9 ft large enough for cots or sleeping pads. The screen room or porch is 6 ft. X 9 ft that’s 54 square feet and the height of the entire Elite® WeatherMaster™ is 6 ft. 8 offering plenty of head room to walk without ducking your head. Windows are zip up with a patented roll piece that inserts allowing the window to self-roll. The doors are hinged by inserting a fiber a glass pole in the sleeve for stability. The Elite® WeatherMaster™ tent has welded floors and inverted seams to keep moisture out. It is Coleman’s patented WeatherTec™ System. The frame is steel with the Insta-Clip™ Pole attachments allowing going up quickly.

Before we took camping for the first time we unpacked and set up the Elite® WeatherMaster™ tent in the back yard. This is a good idea with any tent this size. It is not tricky to set up but when we hit the camp site we don’t want to figure out at that time. We will leave up and get familiar with all the features. In some cases put cots in or pads and get a feel how everything lays out.

We have spent multiple nights in the Coleman Elite® WeatherMaster™ tent. The days of crawling inside a two person tent and sleeping on a thin sleeping pad are behind us. We delight in a tent that goes up easily and one we can move in open an x-large cot and sleep comfortably. The Elite® WeatherMaster™ Screened 6 person Tent offers all that and beyond.

The Coleman Elite® WeatherMaster™ tent is offered for $240.52 at www.montanatest.com

Enjoy the fresh air without the bugs in a roomy, fully-accessorized, cabin design when you pack the Coleman® Elite WeatherMaster® 6 Screened Tent. It's designed with three added features—a 100-lumen battery-powered LED light for more fun after dark, patented self-rolling windows for easy ventilation and a patented hinged door for quick access inside and out. With a screened porch, large windows and 6 ft. 8 in. (2 m) of head room, it feels more like a house than a tent. The tent is also built to hold up to the weather. Specially-designed windows allow you open them for more airflow—even in the rain—and still stay dry. The strong steel frame with Insta-Clip™ Pole Attachments stand up to high wind, and the WeatherTec™ System’s patented welded floors and inverted protected seams help ensure you stay dry. The snag-free, continuous pole sleeves mean you only have to feed the poles once—reducing setup time to just 20 minutes. The 17 ft. x 9 ft.
